This extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Italian olives: some Taggiasca and the rest Italian olives from the south of our beautiful country. The aim is to offer a balanced and versatile product.
This superior-category extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from the olives and solely through mechanical processes, is cold extracted with care and milling expertise, then selected by our company in order to offer you the best possible quality.
 
The two siblings portrayed are the two owners of this olive mill, and this blend was born inspired precisely by their characters: the sweetness of the sister, Fabiana Raimondo, and the sterner, more reserved nature of the brother, Alessio Raimondo, all enclosed in this bottle.
 
The sweetness therefore recalls the Taggiasca olive, while the severity is
 
metaphorically expressed by the sharper taste of the Italian olives.
