Croxetti (or corzetti) are an ancient pasta from Liguria, recognisable by their embossed disc shape, a symbol of nobility and tradition. Each piece is a small masterpiece: the decoration holds sauces more effectively, giving the pasta a unique taste and texture.

Perfect with walnut sauce, Ligurian pesto, or simply a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
