This precious extra virgin olive oil is cold obtained from a careful selection of the finest late-harvest olives, milled with mastery and dedication according to the ancient art of olive pressing.
Hand-picked, our Serus Cultivar Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is a superior-category olive oil obtained directly and exclusively from Taggiasca olives from the groves of the Diano and Imperia valleys, gathered by means of electric harvesters along the stony, sun-drenched terraces of our rugged lands. The Taggiasca olives are processed quickly in order to obtain an oil of outstanding quality and incomparable flavour.
On your table you do not simply have an elegant bottle of Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, but the fruit of the hard work of Ligurian farmers, who devote the attention and care needed to obtain healthy drupes from our olive trees. This product is obtained by milling Taggiasca olives at a fully advanced stage of ripeness, when the olive reaches a violet colour.It is the pride of lovers of traditional western Ligurian olive oil.
