Hand-picked, our ACERBUS Cultivar Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is a superior-category olive oil obtained directly from Taggiasca olives grown in the groves of the Imperia valleys and processed solely by mechanical means.
The olives grow healthy and vigorous along the stony, sun-drenched terraces of our rugged land, then are harvested and processed quickly to obtain an oil of exceptional quality and incomparable flavour.
On your table you do not simply have an elegant bottle of Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, but the fruit of the hard work of Ligurian farmers, who devote the necessary attention and care to our olive trees in order to obtain healthy drupes.
